Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Prescriptions are computer written. Please keep the right-hand side of the form for when you require your next script. You should tick the items that you require, and either hand the form to the receptionist, or post it to the surgery, enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope for its return. If you prefer, you may telephone your request (on 01527 599768) between 1.00 and 3.30pm daily. Please allow two working days for prescriptions to be generated. Please note that the prescription line is very busy on Monday afternoons. You can also order online, please ask at reception for details.
