REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?

To register as a patient ask at reception for details. Newly registered patients will be invited for a health check with the practice nurse within six months of registering.

When you register you will be registered with the practice rather than an individual GP. If you wish to choose to see a particular partner for some or all medical conditions, please let the receptionist know and this will be entered on your medical record as your preferred practitioner. The practice will endeavour to meet your wishes depending on availability, appropriateness and reasonableness.
